21-Day Challenge, Workout 15-Baby Joshua

Ohhh, baby Joshua!  I first met him as Baby Cliff.  His new family is there RIGHT NOW.  Working to bring him home.  Follow their story here: http://buildingourvillage.blogspot.com.  I found myself crying tears of joy for them as I watched this video and looked over all their pictures.  What made me so emotional is that, this little guy is Blake's best buddy.  They are very close in age, live in the same 'groupa' and have the same babushka!  So I get to live through this family's experience and get a inside glance at where Blake lives and what type of care he is receiving through this family's visit.  I'm so blessed to have this to help with my anxiety and curiosity.  So this workout is near and dear to my heart.  Enjoy this video and say a prayer for Blake's little buddy...who will be leaving him soon.  Hang on Blake, we'll be there soon!

  1. Since Ive been gone all weekend, I was just going to respond to the abdominal bicycle comments from last week...focus on sucking your lower back to the floor throughout the movement, squeezing your glutes, and nearly extending your legs all the way out when you pedal...don't keep them close to your rear end, and don't bend them up over your body, they should be out away from your body while you pedal..make sure to get that lower transverse abdominal muscle that way!

  2. Did the yoga stretches. I definitely feel it in my abs. I did exercise on Saturday by walking as well.

  3. Baby Joshua is so sweet! It looks like he's going to have a wonderful mommy & daddy. I'm glad that you have a friend to keep you informed right now Anna. I did my Yoga. It was nice to stretch. On Saturday my exercise was turning on the music & doing deep cleaning while dancing & I helped carry sheetrock.
