21 Day Challenge-Workout 9, Aisha K




Baby Aisha K...so innocent.  Look at that hair!
She is in an orphanage in a region that many people have not adopted from...so whoever commits to this little girl will open the doors for many children without Forever Families to be known...and hopefully adopted!

  1. I'd love to make Aisha a part of my family. She is so precious! I love all that hair she has. She is a beautiful little girl. Okay, on to today's exercise. I actually felt more exhausted after today's workout than I felt after the Cardio workout yesterday. Why is that? Anyways, the good news is that it did not take nearly as much motivation to get me moving today. I did better on the bow stretch than I did the last time, but I still think I'm doing the Reclining hero pose wrong. For one it hurts my feet & I'm not sure I'm positioned right. Any tips Anna?

  2. Well, more than likely you are feeling delayed onset muscle soreness (or DOMS)..it usually hits 1-2 day's post-workout. So more than likely a workout from the previous day or two is catching up with you. Another reason people feel sluggish after stretching is that they are dehydrated. So make sure to keep drinking water. BUT, I'm so glad to hear you are motivated today! Yay!

  3. For the reclining hero pose, dont' lean back so far and keep your rear end off your feet for a less advanced form...try to lean back and touch your hands to your feet behind you, while bowing your back, lifting chest toward ceiling. Make sense? haha

  4. I have problems with knees on the hero pose too so I'll try your suggestions Anna. I think that should help.
