21 Day Challenge-Workout 8, Baby Tabitha

This little face is just beautiful, and the red hair--you all know how partial I am to red heads!  Anyway, read more about her here.

For today's workout keep track of how long it takes you to complete each round and record it here.  Rest 1 minutes between each complete set.

  3. Anna, I just have to tell you how much I love you! No really. I am probably the most unmotivated person you have ever had to work with. I had no desire what so ever to exercise today, but that little voice in the back of my head kept saying "your wasting Anna's time if you don't & what about that precious Tabitha". Fine, I'll exercise. And how much better I feel when I do. I don't think I've sweat this much in a long time. Thank you so much for your help in keeping me motivated! By the way, it took me 6 minutes to do each set & my daughters 'HighSchool Musical" soundtrack made perfect cardio music. I mixed up a little dancing with stair stepping.

  5. Hopefully this post comes through! It took me ~7 minutes for each set. I ran stairs, did jumping jacks, and strided on my Gazelle for my cardio.

  6. It took me 6-7 minutes for each set. I ended up doing the recumbent bike for most of the cardio - I broke my toe the other day and it hurts to put too much pressure on it.

  7. DJ....how'd you break your toe?? Soooo glad you've got a bike! I'd be lost without my feet!!!

Workout (which I did Tuesday, not Mon....my days are al mixed up!) took 6:30 per set. I'm laughing cuz it's getting harder to get my heart rate up! I know that's GOOD, but it sure is frustrating! I like working moderately and getting my HR up! LOL!
