21-Day Challenge-Workout 3, Baby Daisey

For today's workout, keep track of how far you travel doing the timed cardio intervals described.  Record what cardio you chose and how far you made it!

  2. Ok, I must confess, I didn't do the exact workout today. I have a busy day ahead, so may only have time this am and didn't want to start up the treadmill which usually wakes my very sleepy child. Anyway, I did do a 40min circut plyo/cardio video with similar timing patterns. Also, did some jumping jacks/running in place with the timing intervals (only like 6min worth). Will try this out another day (maybe even tonight). Daisey is precious!!! I can't see the pics on this site, but if I click in to read the stories I can!

  3. Did the workout in the swimming pool. I swam 450 meters. Very sore on my hamstrings and bottom, but I do feel like I am accomplishing something!

  4. OK - Am I doing the wrong workouts? I've been following the ones on the workout plan page, not the ones on this blog. Anna, let me know if I've screwed up. Yesterday (Wed.) I did the mile run/walk. Am I following the right workouts? If not, where do I find the right ones?

  5. I think I'm a day behind and that's the problem. I started the workouts on Monday instead of Sunday. I'll see if I can catch up today.
