21-Day Challenge-Workout 18, Baby Blake

Today's workout needs no words...this little buddy's picture speaks for itself.  I love to say "he is our son!"

As you probably noticed, today's workout is killer!  A great workout for a great little boy and a great adventure so far.  Keep us in your prayers!

  1. Oops. I forgot to post yesterday with the chaos of my day.
    I did blake's exercise after about an hour workout on wii fitness.
    It took me about 23 minutes to complete (doing 50 reps on each leg for the step and hip extension) had to take some breaks in the middle of some of them. You weren't kidding about the intensity! It worked about every part of my body....I was shaking prettty good! Thinking of Blake helped me get through :). Thanks for the challenge.

  2. Did a video this am then Blake workout this evening. Took me 13min with 50 on each side as Anna said for the hip extensions (killer move) and step ups. Good quick strenth workout, that is a definate do again! Saving it for my file!! Praying for your family!

  3. I love this workout too, Melissa. What workout videos do you do? I'm always looking for new ones that aren't too cheesy..and praying for you as well!
